Bourdais eyes return before end of season

– Dale Coyne driver Sébastien Bourdais is hopeful he can return to the cockpit before the end of the season, after being discharged from hospital, following his high-speed Indianapolis crash.Bourdais had set the quickest times across the opening two laps during Saturday's qualifying session but lost control through Turn 2 on his third lap and speared almost head-on into the wall.Bourdais was transported to IU Health Methodist Hospital and operated on later the same day, having been diagnosed with multiple pelvic fractures and a fractured right hip.Bourdais was discharged from hospital on Wednesday and transferred to a local rehabilitation clinic, and is eyeing a return later in the...
