After a couple of gloriously sunny days, Mother Nature decided to up the ante on Sunday at Barber Motorsports Park. Lots of rain falling just prior to and during the first portion of the morning warm up, leading some teams to forgo the session, and just roll the dice come raceme. While the weather cleared mid-session, the rain began to threaten again just as the drivers took to their cockpits to line up for the 8th Running of the Grand Prix of Alabama. Turns out it wouldn't factor in at all for the race itself.
